This includes: your name, email address, payment information (processed securely via third-party providers), device information (IMEI, model numbers for technical support), IP addresses and browser information for security purposes, and chat messages sent to our support team.
We use the collected information to: process your purchases and deliver license keys, provide customer support and technical assistance, send important account and security notifications, improve our software and add support for new devices, prevent fraud and ensure security of our services, comply with legal obligations, and communicate product updates (you can opt out at any time).
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS/SSL. Payment information is never stored on our servers — it is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors (PayPal, Stripe). We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Our PC Software and Android APK collect: device information (IMEI, model, firmware version) solely to match it with our unlock database, unlock operation logs stored locally on your device, and license key validation data sent to our servers. We do NOT collect: your personal files, contacts, messages, photos, location data, or any information unrelated to the unlock process.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Purchase records are kept for 7 years for legal/accounting purposes. Support chat logs are retained for 1 year. You can request deletion of your personal data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements. After deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Depending on your location, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten"), receive your data in a portable format, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Device Unlock Pro is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
